二 | 会上，市规划和自然资源局花都区分局对花都区规划蓝图和重点地块进行了详细推介。2024年，花都区将收储13宗商住用地并结合市场情况陆续推出，分别位于3个板块--花都湖板块、中轴线CBD板块、汽车城板块。 广东房协土地与产业研究中心主任赵卓文表示，投资花都占据天时——政策持续宽松、市场筑底企稳、北部增长极确定；地利——独有的交通优势、城镇空间与产业发展、山水资源丰富、文化底蕴深厚；人和——经济发展筑底回升、家底雄厚、产业发力、人口稳定增长、年龄结构年轻。花都具有供小于求、库存合理、价格洼地、抗风险强的市场优势及竞拍门槛低，土拍竞得率高、地块优质，定位有空间、规模合适，可售率高、开发周期可控，风险低的土地优势，投资花都前景可期。 编辑：张玉荣。
